About Tag Customization

    I like the idea of color-coding tags, potentially by where they originated from. As an example, tags applied via a Macro appear Orange, while tags applied via a Trigger are Green, etc. This doesn't have to be everywhere in the system, but at least on the ticket view or within an Explore report (without me having to manipulate the data in another tool, like Power BI).
