CSAT broken Link

We set up the CSAT service a while back and it was working fine.

recently we have dicovered that the links in the email sent to the clients are now broken.

i am unable to understand when or why.

how can i fix this?

Also, I don't think there is a private date if you will only share this part

Jahn Bronilla understandable, kinda hard to share private data on a public forum page.

The set up was done automatically by the system. i did not make any changes.
