CSAT broken LinkAnswered
We set up the CSAT service a while back and it was working fine.
recently we have dicovered that the links in the email sent to the clients are now broken.
i am unable to understand when or why.
how can i fix this?

The set up was done automatically by the system. i did not make any changes.
