View filters: Latest Updater field

It'd be immensely helpful if I could create a view which filters by the last person to update a ticket. I have some tickets which remain Open to avoid certain automation, and I'd appreciate being able to filter those tickets to just those where the last response was not by me.
Alternatively a filter where I can do "Hours since latest assignee update > Hours since latest requester update" would suffice

I came here looking for the same thing. I've been told to just hover over every open ticket to see if there are new comments. That's a non-answer. We need an at-a-glance way to see who commented last.

I believe one way to do this, is by using Explorer with the
Update - Timestamp
field and then filtering in a LOD kind using only the max value but not sure if someone achieved this. While it is not live view (1 hour delay).0
