Feature Request - Allow Redaction of CSAT Comments

We know that we have the ability to redact certain portions of text sent by either an agent or an end user, but we have no method of redacting information shared in a CSAT comment. We've had a few cases of users placing Personal Identifying Information in satisfaction comments, and when exporting these comments to an excel file for review, causes this PII / PHI to display in an unsecured format. We would like to be able to redact portions of a user's CSAT comment to prevent accidental mishandling of user data.
