Feature Request Summary:
I would like to see Sell use a more modern authentication method for the M365 email integration. I'd love to get the full value of the investment that I've made in Zendesk Sell.
A big selling point for Zendesk Sell is integrated communication (e.g., Voice, Text, Email, etc.). Today we are using the Bcc option which works inconsistently and is no longer supported by Zendesk. My organization's IT Security team doesn't allow the use of IMAP. They see allowing access via this protocol as a security risk. A modern authentication method for email integration with 365 would be helpful.
The business impact of limitations or missing features:
- Diminished efficiency for the team
- Lack of visibility and tracking for email communications
- Can't use key/standard features
