    Hello Yuki Ueda - Thanks for putting a request for this.

    We are currently working on improving the overall stability and performance of the ticket UI and hence, were not able to prioritize the easy copy content to public reply project this quarter. We plan to work on it sometime early next year.

    I see another request here: "I want the formatting of the source string to be reflected in the text retrieved and extracted by the placeholder specified in the macro." Can you share more about this one? Has this recently started happening? Were you able to raise a ticket with our advocacy team?
