Set up multiple language in the community

Is there any way to set up multiple languages in the community?
At this time, I see on the article, there is setting to write it into English or another language and.
However, on the community, I do not see any option.
I create an English community and want to set the same content for Japanese community as well.

I am interested in the same, at least support for multilingual titles and descriptions and let the users contribute in whatever language they prefer.
