Add a column for 'initial email received' for a ticket in a view

I'd like to be able to scan through multiple tickets at once to see themes, and want to include a column that has the original question asked by a customer in this view. How do I do that? I see it on hover, but would like all surfaced at this level. Thanks

Hi Rich,
 
It seems that you have already submitted a ticket for the same concern. 
 
Like what has been discussed, views does not have the column option for ticket description or the first comment of the ticket. The options that were presented was to export via API and the native export option for all tickets..
