Add a column for 'initial email received' for a ticket in a view

    Hi Rich,
     
    It seems that you have already submitted a ticket for the same concern. 
     
    Like what has been discussed, views does not have the column option for ticket description or the first comment of the ticket. The options that were presented was to export via API and the native export option for all tickets..
