Help with integrating "Zendesk Web Widget and SDKs" into app
I have 2 problems that I am running into when integrating the "Zendesk Web Widget and SDKs" into my app.
1. I don't have a list of conversations / tickets when opening the widget. It goes straight into the chat interface. What I need is that a user sees the "my conversations" page, and then decides which ticket/conversation he/she will write in or if he/she will start a new conversation. Just like it works on Zendesk.com.
2. I can't seem to pass information along with the conversation. Is that only limited to the new web widget, or can I do this on the "classic" web widget?

Hi Nikolaj! At this time, the Zendesk SDKs do not have a list of available conversations, rather it just presents as one continuous conversation. There is work being done right now to allow for multiple conversations in these SDKs and they are hoping to have this launched by the end of 2023.
Regarding your second question, if you are referring to user profile data, like email and phone number, that is also not currently available at this time. I know that the work is being done in this area as well, however I'm not sure of a timeframe for that. If that wasn't what you were looking for, can you provide some more details about the information you'd like to pass to the SDK?
