Comparing Agent's first 30 days
Answered
Posted Feb 19, 2024
Hello!
We're trying to get a report that shows a line graph of the number of solved tickets for an agent for their first 30 days, 90 days, three months, etc., to see how our training is affecting those numbers. The tricky part is that agents started at different times, so I need to compare different date ranges.

Hi Zach,
Sorry if I am wrong, but checking the date and the number of solved tickets should give you a precise information, the different working time in the shift model should respond and be considered in the next/ following month.

Hey Zach,
A bar chart that shows, for each agent, tickets solved by month might be a more accurate way to interpret the data.
Filter: Date Range
Chart Type: Bar/Column (Stacked?)
Metric: Solved Tickets
Column: Ticket Solved Year; Ticket Solved Month
* This Ensures you get data chronologically
Row: Ticket Assignee
Hope this helps!
