Will there be permissions available for Approvals?
We would like to test pilot this with certain Groups and see how to goes.

Thanks Michael, this is important and valuable feedback for us.
Permissions and controlling access is not part of EAP, but when GAed, you can control which Agents can send approval requests and will have permissions developed.
If there are specific permission needs that you may want, please do share with us.

Rahul Narsinghani I think it's really important to have permissions available even with testing phases such as only certain groups or roles have access to it or only allowed to send approvals internally and not to end users.
As we operate at a large scale it could be a risk of this being used by the wrong person or sent to the wrong user such as an external user and may have data leading to a data breach. Is it possible you could expedite the rollout of these permissions?

Ideally, I would like to be able to only serve up Approvals when they appropriate for the ticket. It would be nice to tie it to the custom field drop down value.
I like participating in these EAPs, but would like to see them come out with more controls so we can use them “Safely” for more real use cases.
