    Hello folks, James here from the Zendesk product team.

    I've taken over management of Customer and Organization Lists from Pari and I wanted to provide a couple of quick updates to the community;

    Firstly, for anyone who missed the announcements, towards the tail end of last year Pari and team shipped sort by columns for both Customer and Org lists.

    Secondly, we've not yet been able to support custom columns. Due to the nature of Zendesk's relational database, this seemingly simple feature request is rather difficult to support. We require some architectural changes under the hood that are significant, and are currently occurring on Ticket Views.

    In the meantime, the team are working on some other priorities that will allow greater customer understanding in the agent workspace that we'll be launching around July. 

    For the time being, I'm removing the Planned status off this thread so not to misrepresent it.

    Hi Boris Fernandez, thanks for sharing the feedback!

    We are currently working on the column sort feature and column addition/removal are also on our roadmap. I'm curious to hear whether there's any particular attributes (aside from alphabetical sorting by name) that would be most useful for you.

    I agree here. Being able to see whether the user is suspended and to be able to filter by that attribute would be emensely helpful. Another would be what Organization(s) they belong to. Alphabetical would also be great, but not as important for me.

    One way to see suspended users today on the Customers page, is to type "is_suspended:true" into the search box. There's some other examples on how the current search can be used here.

    It would be great if could add any custom org fields in the org views.

    For an example, my customer wants to see org name and main contact person's name of that organization which is custom org field.
