Side Conversation Improvements

Would like to be able to insert tables or grids that retain their formatting when pasting them into side conversations. For example, if you copy a calculation grid from Excel and paste into a side conversation, it removes all the formatting and is very difficult to view. This works fine in the standard part of ZenDesk tickets, as the grid stays intact, formatted correctly, but does not in side conversations. Is there a way to have side conversations function the same as the regular Public Reply and Internal Note sections do?

You can exclude me from any further updates about this issue. Frankly, nothing was happening to resolve our concerns. We have now switched over to SalesForce, which works very well for our purposes.

Dear Toby Sterrett,

We have a massive use of side conversation (mostly email) with colleagues with usually from 2 to 50 email treads for complex issue that we manage in our service team.

Color set-up and also complete text formatting is a must have for proper work. Biggest complain for our service agent is the "limited functionality/usability" of side conversation, this is so sad for out team. We have promise that color set-up will be avable in new workspace, we are doing now the upgrade and we discovered that this function is only partially implemented. 

Do you think that new update will come up on side conversation? If yes, when?

Can we please also request color in the side conversations? Just like stated above, it is absolutely needed for us to properly format the emails sent through side conversation.

We would like to have a pop-up in the side conversation when you forget to send this conversation and put the ticket on wait to avoid the side conversation not being send. There is such a pop up when you mention a attachment and you do not actually attached them.
