Print Side Conversations and Tickets together

Hi,

Recently the ability to print side conversations was released, which is great! We would also love to have the option to print both the ticket and its side conversations at the same time.
 

In some workflows, printing the entire ticket is necessary, and to save time, it would be really helpful to do this with a single click instead of having to print twice separately.
