    If we want to put the Web Widget on our site, can we make that the only way to enter a ticket and not use email entry at all?

    To clarify, do you not want users to submit an email via the web widget, or do you just not want to allow them to submit a new ticket via email?

    We want to only allowed signed-in users but with that group we want to limit who can submit ticket is there a way to solve that?
