You can customize the colors and logo of the agent interface to match your company's branding. You can also customize the account name that appears on interface pages and in email messages. Making these changes affects the agent interface for all of your Zendesk Support agents.

This section describes how you can customize the colors of the interface to match your company's branding.
To customize the colors of the agent interface
- Click the Admin (
) icon in the sidebar, then go to Settings > Account.
- Click the Branding tab.
- Next to Colors, enter a hex value or select a custom color.
- (Optional) To preview the selected color scheme, click Preview selected color.
- To go back to the original color scheme, click Revert to default colors. To save the color scheme, click Save Tab.
Changing your account name
You can change your account name to match your brand. This account name appears on page tabs in the agent interface and in email notifications sent to your customers. This section describes how to change your account name, to change the icon that appears next to your account name, see Adding a custom favicon to your Zendesk.
The account name is different from the subdomain. Changing the account's name doesn't change the email address of your account. If you want to rename your subdomain, see Renaming your subdomain.
To change your account name
- Click the Admin (
) icon in the sidebar, then go to Settings > Account.
- Click the Branding tab.
- For Your Zendesk account name, enter a new name.
- Click Save tab.
- Refresh your browser window to see the change.
Typically, when you change your account name, your account's default organization name changes automatically to match.
If your account already has an organization with the same name as your new account name, the default organization name does not change. Accounts cannot have two organizations with the same name.

I am having a problem getting favicon uploaded. We had one working fine but I deleted it to be replaced by our new one. I click browse, select the file and then scroll down to the bottom and click 'save tab' but nothing gets uploaded. Tried a .png and a .ico.
Please help!

we are having the same issue as Karen.
We uploaded a new .ico file but there is an error telling us to try a different file format. We can upload a png but it turns into a blurry favicon.
Is the fix you mentioned been rolled out to every account?

My company recently updated its branding colors and the new shade of blue that we use (#00b4ff) causes the sidebar icons and other text labels to switch to dark colors. Our previous blue (a darker shade, I don't recall the hex off the top of my head) used white icons and text. However, the new blue looks pretty bad with dark text and icons. Is there a way to force it to use the white iconography?

I'm afraid it's not possible to change the color of the sidebar icons; they're automatically changed based on the relative lightness or darkness of the branding color.
I see that you already posted about this in our Product Feedback forum; that ensures that our Product Managers will see your feedback so they can take it into consideration when prioritizing their roadmap!
I'm really disappointed in the customisability of the Zendesk agent interface, for a company of this size you guys should really have more options that allow customers to make the agent interface easier to look at.
