    Say I have multiple organizations (Org A, Org B, Org C).

    I'm attempting to use a trigger that will look for an end user's organization, Org C. Org C is present on the end user's organization list, but some users have either Org A or Org B as their "default" organization. Because Org C isn't the default in these cases, it seems the trigger does not activate on the ticket even though the end user is within the correct organization.

    Is this expected, or is there a way I can solve for this?
