Hi Mark,
I am looking to add update handling time to this querie.
I am looking for both average update handle time pr. agent and total update handle time (sum of update times) pr. agent.
I found another guide that says i have to make the update handling time as a new calculated metric. Furthermore it says it only works with minutes. I am looking to get exact update handling time in seconds - both average and sum. Can you guide me in the correct direction here? :)
Thanks
