If you have a self-service account based in Brazil and you’re paying in US dollar (USD), Zendesk gives you the option to change your payment currency to Brazillian real (BRL). This self-serve process is only available for changing USD to BRL. For other changes to your payment currency, contact Zendesk Customer Support.

About changing the payment currency
If your account is eligible for changing your payment currency to BRL, you’ll see a notification message on your Subscription and Payment pages in Admin Center. Only self-service accounts created with a Brazilian geographic IP address that are currently paying in USD are eligible to switch. New customers with a Brazillian geographic IP address don't need to switch. They can pick BRL as their payment currency when they first buy Zendesk.
