What is the difference between a dashboard and a report?
In a report, you select metrics and attributes to visualize data in a single place.
A dashboard allows you to showcase multiple reports side by side, or present a whole collection of reports in one place.
For example, if you track agent performance across various reports, place them on the same dashboard, view them side by side, and share them with others.
Both reports and dashboards allow you to adjust the data you view with filters, but filters work differently in dashboards and reports. For more information, see Should I apply filters at the report or dashboard level?
