I want to make reports in Explore but there are two different options: dashboards and reports. What is the difference between a dashboard and a report?
Answer
In a report, you can use metrics and attributes to visualize data in a single place. A dashboard allows you to showcase multiple reports side by side, or present a whole collection of reports in one place.
For example, if you have a lot of different reports that track agent performance, put them all on the same dashboard, see them side by side, and share them with others.
