Answer
Yes, you can proactively reach out to your end users on either WhatsApp or SMS using the Relay messaging app.

Julia Wilkerson You comment says that textline works with both Support and Sell Zendesk channels. However, that is not mentioned in the Marketplace app. Just want to confirm I didn't misread your comment. Does it work for the Support channel in addition to Sell?
