Accessing your help center themes

What's my plan?

You can access your help center themes from the Themes page. You can access options for managing the theme by clicking the menu on the theme or you can open a theme to edit the branding, code, or assets.

To access your help center themes

1. In Guide, click the Customize design icon () in the sidebar.

   Your themes appear on the Themes page.

   

2. From the Themes page you can manage your themes or you can open a theme to edit it:
   • To manage a theme, click the Themes menu () on your chosen theme.

     

     From the menu, you can do any of the following:

     Change the live theme for your help center

     Rename a help center theme

     Copy a help center theme

     Download your theme

     Delete a help center theme

   • To open a theme to edit it, click Customize.

     

     When you open a theme, you can do any of the following:

     • Update the theme branding
     • Edit the theme code (Suite Growth and above or Guide Professional and above)
     • Update theme assets (Suite Growth and above or Guide Professional and above)
