Hi All

Can we keep the original value of the drop-down list? Customers don't want to press the back button after selecting the sub choice portal always shows the sub value. It's very difficult if customer wants to see the original value.

Always change to sub choice value.

HI Suppanut,

Unfortunately, this functionality is not supported.

Would you mind posting your use case to our Feedback on Support topic? We have a template you can copy and use in your post. This is to help get more visibility and votes on the idea. Then, others can share their use cases to further drive demand for that feature. Thanks!

Is there a way to monitor it through analytics. Having trouble with this area of analytics.

Thanks

Is it possible to base a trigger on the first level of organisation (without having to specify all sublevels?).

Taking your example, i'd like to base a trigger on "Digital SLR Cameras" (all models).
I dont want to specify each model in my trigger.

Hi Klarette,

If all your values for "Digital SLR Cameras" contain a sublevel then this is not possible. It will only be possible if you have a standalone value of "Digital SLR Cameras" without sublevels.

Hope this helps.

Oh, that's disappointing.

Thanks for the clarification though

Hello,

I've tried to add a nested values drop-down field in a messaging web-widget, but no separate columns are visible. Can you confirm if this is normal and if this behavior could change in the future?
