Users with an Explore role of Viewer can view dashboards that are shared with them, dashboards that they own, and prebuilt dashboards in the dashboards library.

Users with the Admin role can view all dashboards across the account, regardless of who the dashboards were created by or shared with.

To view a dashboard
  1. In Analytics, click the Dashboard icon () in the left sidebar.
  2. From the list of dashboards, click the name of the dashboard you want to view.

    For a list and descriptions of the prebuilt dashboards, see Using prebuilt dashboards.

    The dashboard opens for you to view.
Note: The information in Explore dashboards is updated on a schedule. The schedule depends on which Explore plan you are using. See Data refresh intervals for Explore plans.
