Users with an Explore role of Viewer can view any dashboards that have been shared with them in the dashboards library, including the prebuilt dashboards. Users with the Editor role can view any prebuilt, shared, or owned dashboards in the dashboards library.

To view a dashboard
- Click the Dashboard icon (
) in the left sidebar. - From the list of dashboards, click the name of the dashboard you want to view.
The dashboard opens for you to view.
Note: The information in Explore dashboards is updated on a schedule. The schedule depends on which Explore plan you are using. For details, see Data refresh intervals for Explore plans.
