Hi. It would be great if it was possible to mark the contact as no longer active, for example, when a person is no longer working at the company, but you want to maintain all communication and past deals. So it's no longer possible to send emails to the person, but everything else remains the same. Thank you.

I agree with the comment above. 

Can the sell contact record be updated to "no longer active"

This would be helpful when someone no longer works for the company, but we need to keep their communication history.

 

Could the system be set up to stop any further email communication with the specific person?

This will help ensure that no accidental or unnecessary messages are sent to that individual.
