After creating a Sell account from your mobile, you should receive an email from Zendesk to confirm your email address, (you must click the link provided in the email).
After you have confirmed your email
- Open the Zendesk Sell app on your mobile device.
- Tap Sign in.
- Tap Sign in with Zendesk.
- Enter your subdomain and tap Next.
- Enter your email and password, then tap Next.
Note: If you change your password in the web version of Sell there is a delay before you are required to log in to the Sell Mobile app with the new login information. If you are facing a security concern and need all active sessions expired, contact Zendesk customer support.
