The article seems outdated. This does not exist: Click the Settings icon (), then click Upgrade > Connect to Zendesk.

Hi Mark, as Sell is in maintenance mode, we're currently only incorporating P1 issues into the docs. As it's unlikely that anyone is connecting legacy Sell accounts at this point, I'm going to close this ticket, but if you have customer feedback that suggests this is a P1 issue, please feel free to reopen this ticket. Thanks! - Rob

I'd sure like to know what happened to my access to Zendesk Sell. I've read the articles and chatted with Z-bot - all I'm receiving are messages that Zendesk Sell is not enabled  and that for some reason I'm not the account owner - which I am. Can anyone assist please?
