The Stage Conversion by Owner report is included in the Advanced Sales Insights reports. This report summarizes how the team and individual team members are converting deals throughout the different stages of the sales pipeline.
To view the Stage Conversion by Owner report
- On the sidebar, click the Reports icon ().
- Click Advanced Sales Insights > Stage Conversion by Owner.
You can see a summary for each user or drill down into a particular stage, or set of stages, to better understand your team's stage conversation rates.
The white bubbles in the report define the team average, showing you how each team member is performing against the overall average conversion rate for each stage. The team members colored bubbles are either before or after the team average, to indicate that they are either doing better or worse than the average.
When you hover your cursor over a team member’s colored bubble, you’ll see a summary of how they’re converting deals through each stage of the sales pipeline.
You can also choose to exclude stages in the sales pipeline by clicking them to deselec them. In the following example you can see all of the stages have been deselected, except the Incoming and Won stages.
