Using your Activity Feed

You can use Activity Feed for a general overview to track events in many areas, including:

  • Notes
  • Communication messages (emails, calls, SMS)
  • Deal stage changes
  • Completed tasks
  • Appointments and visits
    Note: Unlike other activities in your Activity Feed, you will only see your appointment information (you will not see appointments for other users on the account in the Activity Feed).
  • Collaborations
  • Depending on your configuration, key activities in integrated products

 

Communication messages for emails and SMS do not show up as trackable events in our Activity Feed.

How do we fix this?

For emails, calls, messages , you can go to the Communication tab.  Emails will only sync to the activity feed on the lead/contact card or show in the Communication Center.
