Is the Call talk time metric counted in seconds or minutes?

What is the formula for the Call talk time metric? How can I tell how the metric is calculated?  

Answer

The default measurement of the Call talk time metric is seconds. The first metric available is the Call talk time (sec) option. 

Important: The metric, Call talk time brackets, splits call durations into brackets that are measured in minutes.

You can measure the Call talk time in minutes and hours, but you need to select the other default metrics, Call talk time (min) and Call talk time (hrs). For the other Call talk time metrics, they are all calculated by dividing the Call talk time (sec)metric by 60.
