You can use the Deal Source Performance report to see how well your team members, teams, or groups are doing winning deals in each one of your deal sources (see Tracking lead and deal sources). For example, if a rep won just one deal of three from the source Industry Conference, her success rate is 33% for that deal source. You can use this report to analyze the performance of individual team members or compare everyone’s performance.
To view the Deal Source Performance report
- From the Reports page, select Advanced Sales Insights > Deal Source Performance.
The graph view of this report lists team members with active and won deals and shows how they performed in deals for the different sources. Hovering over each deal source bubble shows you the total number of deals that came from the source, how many were won, and the total sales volume.
When you switch to the table view of this report, you’ll see the same data in a table format.
You can define a different time period and also add the ownership filter to view only one team member or compare specific team members, for example. You can also add filters to select specific deal sources and tags.
