How can I change the order of my ticket fields?
Answer
You can reorder ticket fields from the ticket forms page. Select the field you want to move and use the grabber icon to drag fields up or down to the desired position on the form.
Custom fields respect this order in your help center's form, but they always appear below the system fields. When you view a ticket in your instance, Brand, Requester, Form, and Tags remain on top of the custom fields. When turned on, Followers and Sharing also appear on top of the custom fields.
