    This article is non-functional and will still expose your Zendesk to end-user sign ups, allowing them to vote as well as view the requests page and see all visible ticket fields. I have been arguing with Support about this for several days and they maintain that apparently this is expected behavior, so I feel like I gotta post a comment now letting people know that these instructions will not do what you want, and may even expose you to privacy risks.
