I want to integrate a third-party software such as DocuSign with Zendesk Sell. What are my options if I want to connect a third-party application or trigger an external update from Sell using a webhook?
Answer
There is not a native integration for third-party applications but you can connect some third-party software to Sell using an app from the Zendesk Marketplace, such as the eZSign DocuSign app.
On higher plan levels you can use the Zendesk Sell APIs to build a custom connection between your external software and your Sell account, such as with Zapier.
Custom API solutions are useful if you need to externally push updates from Sell events, such as when your team updates a lead, contact, or deal in your Sell account.
