How do I export a list of the email addresses associated with my contacts or leads in Zendesk Sell?
Answer
If you have the appropriate access level in Sell, you can create a smart list to collect the relevant contacts or leads and add Email address as a field to the smart list. Once you have all of the relevant contacts or leads saved in a smart list, you can then export the smart list into a CSV file.
Note: If the smart list you are exporting includes a Company ID field that contains a value different to the value for the Contact person, then the Company ID value will not be included in the export.
