How can I block a phone number in Sell to prevent unwanted calls from that number?
Answer
You can contact the Zendesk Customer Support team with the phone number that needs to be added to the blocklist.
If you are receiving a high volume of spam calls, consider changing your Sell Voice number. For more details, see the article: Can I change my Sell Voice number?
