Upon registering for a free trial for any of the Services, Zendesk will make such Services available on a trial basis free of charge until the earlier of: (a) the end of the registered free trial period; (b) the start date of any subscription to such Service purchased for such Service(s); or (c) termination of the trial by Zendesk in its sole discretion (“Free Trial Period”). Trial terms and conditions may appear on the trial registration web page. Any such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into the Zendesk Customer Agreement by reference and are legally binding.

Please review the applicable Documentation during the Free Trial Period to become familiar with the features and functions of the Services under applicable Service Plans before purchasing.

ANY SERVICE DATA ENTERED INTO A SERVICE AND ANY CONFIGURATIONS OR CUSTOMIZATIONS MADE TO A SERVICE BY OR FOR CUSTOMER DURING THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST. TO AVOID THIS, CUSTOMER MUST EITHER PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SERVICE(S) COVERED BY THE TRIAL OR EXPORT THE SERVICE DATA BEFORE THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD ENDS.
