I am interested in porting over my external numbers to Zendesk Talk. Will I be charged a porting fee?
Answer
There are no additional costs for porting US and CA numbers.
Depending on the number type and carriers involved, some international numbers may charge a small one-time porting fee. Our Support team will inform you of any fees before proceeding with the porting process. The fee will be applied to your Talk bill when the port is complete.
