Beginning December 2023 and extending through 2024, the Guide article editor is getting a makeover. This process will pave the way for future capabilities such as article multiplacement, collaboration tools, and generative AI capabilities within the editor.
You can expect changes that will simplify the UI, free up more space for the article editor, and group common tasks and functions under an easy to navigate context panel and action footer, making it easier to create, manage, and publish articles. These changes will eliminate the need to bounce between tabs to accomplish actions, while simplifying access to key tasks within the UI. Over the course of the redesign, you will find that it becomes easier and faster to create, manage, and publish articles within your help center.
The UI enhancements will be rolled out gradually throughout 2024. As changes are planned and released, we will publish new articles within this series to walk you through the latest changes and show you how to navigate the new UI.
