Yes, with the schedule, you can set up the start or end time of your shifts at 00, 15, 30, or 45 minutes past the hour. You can do this even more granularly since you can assign shifts to the minutes. For example, a shift can start at 12:03 p.m. and end at 08:33 p.m.
