My agents sometimes receive the error Audits is invalid when they create a ticket.
Resolution steps
This can happen when a trigger fires with the action Notify by > Zendesk integration | Slack integration, but the action isn't fully configured. In this scenario, the related fields may be Slack workspace, Slack channel, Notification header, and notification body.
To resolve this, review your triggers and ensure that their actions are fully configured and valid. If you no longer need a trigger, deactivate it.
