This article describes how to connect Front and Zendesk QA.
To connect Front
- When signing up and are asked to connect your help desk, choose Front from the list of integrations.
- Enter a name for your connection.
- Add your Front API token and click Continue.
- In Front, enter your Zendesk QA authorization to access your account.
Select the retention period for your data.
That's it. The last 24 hours of data will be synced from your Front account. This may take some time depending on the options you selected and your conversation volume. Contact Zendesk Customer Support if you have any questions or need us to import older data.

If you want to connect more than one instance of Front or another software, you can do so in Account Settings > Connections in Zendesk QA.
When connecting Front, you can also set additional security options to stop some specific information and conversations from being synced with Zendesk QA.
