Answer
Account owners and billing admins can purchase additional agents seats as needed. Admins who aren't the account owner or a billing admin can request a subscription change to add agent seats.
The ability to add agent seats depends on your account type. If the Sales team manages your account, you can't buy agent seats directly. In this situation, fill out the form to request more agents. A sales representative will handle your request.
