The automation engine is now automatically turned on/off when you authenticate or unauthenticate.
This change has been done to ensure that no situations occur where a disconnect is created between Zendesk and AI agents - Advanced.
To turn off the automation engine for Zendesk AI agents for messaging, you can navigate to the Zendesk Admin Center and 'Disconnect' your AI agent. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Open the Admin Center in Zendesk. This can be found on the top right corner of your console.
- Under Channels > AI agents and automation > AI agents > Manage AI agents for messaging.
- Disconnect the AI agent. This will only disconnect the AI agent and will not delete it. You can reconnect the AI agent at any time of your choosing.
The AI agent is now disconnected and can be reconnected again at any point in time.
