We’re excited to announce that the AI agents - Advanced add-on is now available in 23 additional languages.

What's changing?
Until recently, customers with AI agents - Advanced could use the add-on UI in only six languages (English, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, and Spanish). These customers could use Zendesk Admin Center in many other languages, but the AI agents - Advanced UI always defaulted to one of the six supported languages.
We‘re now making the AI agents - Advanced UI available in 23 additional languages:
- Bulgarian
- Simplified Chinese
- Traditional Chinese
- Czech
- Danish
- Dutch
- Finnish
- Greek
- Hindi
- Hungarian
- Indonesian
- Italian
- Korean
- Norwegian
- Polish
- Romanian
- Russian
- Slovak
- Swedish
- Thai
- Turkish
- Ukrainian
- Vietnamese
Depending on the language setting of each user in the language dropdown field in their user profile, these users can experience the entire AI agents - Advanced UI in one of the above languages.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
With this release, customers can experience the AI agents - Advanced add-on in their own language, delivering a better localized experience.
What do I need to do?
If you’re already using Zendesk in any one of the 23 languages mentioned above, then the AI agents - Advanced add-on will automatically appear in the language that you’ve set.
