In another step toward a seamless experience and integration among all Zendesk products, Zendesk QA’s user and license management is moving to Zendesk Admin Center. 

Additionally, we are moving the last batch of customers who have not yet migrated from Klaus to the full Zendesk QA experience.

What is changing?

To further streamline integration across all Zendesk products and our Workforce engagement management (WEM) portfolio in particular, we are transitioning Zendesk QA’s user and team management to Zendesk Admin Center.

Additionally, Zendesk QA will be accessible from the Zendesk product tray for the last batch of customers who are still accessing it using the Klaus app link (kibbles.klausapp.com). They’ll be able to easily switch from other Zendesk products to QA using their company's Zendesk subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.zendesk.com) to monitor and manage service quality.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

This update integrates the Klaus QA solution seamlessly into Zendesk's product portfolio as a native AI powered QA experience. It’s a part of our commitment towards providing a seamless experience and integration between all Zendesk products and our Workforce engagement management (WEM) portfolio in particular. 

What do I need to do?

The changes listed will be continuously rolled out to all customers. Users who do not currently have Zendesk accounts will receive new account creation emails and will be required to reset their passwords. All account admins and owners will be notified about this change when it happens.
