You can connect up to 50 external knowledge sources to your account, making their content accessible across your knowledge experiences. This feature supports various connectors like Notion, Document360, and Confluence. Managing these connections requires admin access, and storage limits depend on your plan. Viewing and configuring connectors is done through the Knowledge admin interface, helping you integrate external content into your support workflows.
Note: The ability to connect external content to your Zendesk
account is available for all plans. However, the storage limits for external data
vary by plan. See Managing data storage in your Zendesk account.
You
can connect external knowledge sources to your Zendesk account and make the content
available wherever external content is used. You can
configure up to 50 external content sources, which makes the related content

Viewing all available Knowledge connectors
You can view all available Knowledge connectors from the Connections page in Knowledge admin. As connectors are added to Knowledge, they will appear as cards on this page, each labeled with an icon and the name of the connector.
To view all available Knowledge connectors
- In Knowledge admin, click Manage articles (
) in the sidebar. - Click External content > Connections.

- Under the Available sources section, view the available Knowledge
connectors.

When you connect external knowledge sources to Zendesk, you’ll see them listed as an
external search source in Knowledge admin.

a Knowledge admin to set up and manage external content connections.
