Knowledge Capture App: Customizing preview (what data is displayed)
Currently, when support is using the knowledge capture app and previews an article, the title, author, last updated date, and article body display. However, I would like the ability to display other fields on this preview, such as article labels.
Here is the use case. A support person links a public-facing article to a ticket for a customer. After linking the article, there are additional steps for the support person to complete (e.g., link ticket to parent ticket/issue/problem). If we put the parent ticket number in the article labels, it takes several steps for the support person to access that data (open up article in Help Center, click Edit article, go to Article settings, look at labels). Instead of completing these steps, there should be a way to include internal-facing data in the Knowledge Capture app preview (e.g. labels). This way, the support person could pull up a preview of an article that is public facing, link it in the ticket to a customer, and have access to the labels of the article all in one screen.

This would be helpful for us too, and I don't know if this comes in as related (as it's uploaded in the same panel that labels are), but there is nothing that shows that a pdf is attached in the KC preview. A workaround would be adding a label that says "pdf" which may help if visible as above. But ideally there should be something showing a pdf is included on it.
