Where to configure fields which are common to sub-domain ?Answered
We need to configure few custom fields for our ZAT app. And these fields are common
across the sub-domain. Please guide as where we can configure these fields.
We don't want to configure at Organization level, as a sub-domain can have multiple organizations, thus want to avoid the duplication. Please suggest.
Hi Sushant! Could you clarify with some more detail about what type of fields you're looking to add here? In Zendesk, we have Ticket Fields, User Fields, and Organization Fields. If you could provide additional information on your use-case, that would help as well!

1. We need to configure few fields which are common for our sub-domain. So as you replied, we don't want to configure over Ticket or User or Organization because a sub-domain can have multiple tickets or Users or even Organization.
So is there any single place where we can configure or store field values which is common for a sub-domain.
Hi Sushant, It sounds like you could benefit from Custom Objects in our Sunshine product. This allows to create what is effectively a database of custom data that you can connect to the rest of your Zendesk products.
